These terms apply to everyone who joins the MOSALI Affiliate Programme (“Partner”). By submitting the affiliate application and ticking the agreement box, you accept these terms.
1. Who can join
- You must be 18 years or older and live in India.
- Every application is reviewed by MOSALI. We may accept or reject any application without giving a reason.
- The details you give us (name, phone, profession, social link) must be true.
2. Your coupon code
- Once approved, MOSALI gives you a personal coupon code.
- A sale is credited to you only when the customer enters your coupon code at checkout. Only one coupon code can be used on one order.
Important – please read: MOSALI is not responsible if a customer forgets or does not use your coupon code. No claims will be accepted after an order is placed. Remind every customer to apply your code before they place the order. Orders without your code will not be credited, whatever the reason.
3. How much you earn
- You earn 15% of the order value as wallet credit.
- “Order value” means the final amount the customer pays, after the coupon discount and any other discount is deducted. It does not include shipping or taxes charged separately.
- After you complete 10 successfully shipped orders, your commission rises to 25% of the order value on the orders that follow.
4. When credits are added
- Credit is added to your wallet only after the order has been successfully shipped. Placed, pending or cancelled orders earn nothing.
- If a shipped order is later returned, refused, undelivered (RTO) or refunded, the credit for that order is removed from your wallet.
5. Withdrawing your wallet
- You can withdraw wallet money only after you have 5 successfully shipped orders.
- Withdrawals are paid by UPI or bank transfer to an account in your own name. Send us your withdrawal request on WhatsApp; we aim to pay within 7 working days.
- You are responsible for any income tax on your earnings. MOSALI may deduct tax at source or ask for your PAN where the law requires it.
6. One bill per customer in 5 days
For each customer, only one bill is counted for commission in any period of 5 days. If the same customer places more than one order within 5 days of the first credited order, the extra orders do not earn commission.
7. Advertising and use of our brand
- You may run paid ads to promote MOSALI products with your coupon code.
- You may not create or run any business, page, account, group, store, website, domain or app using the MOSALI name, logo or anything confusingly similar, in any place.
- Do not claim to be MOSALI, or an official MOSALI channel or employee. Say clearly that you are a partner, and mark paid promotions as ads or affiliate links as required by Indian advertising rules.
- Do not make false claims about our products, prices or offers.
8. Not allowed
- Buying through your own code, or through relatives or friends for the purpose of earning credit.
- Fake, repeated or test orders, or any other misuse of coupons.
- Spam, misleading messages, or promotion on illegal, hateful or adult content.
If we find any of this, we may cancel your credits, close your wallet and remove you from the programme without notice.
9. Changes and ending
- MOSALI may change these terms, the commission rates or the programme at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the change is announced.
- You may leave at any time. We may end your membership at any time. Credits already earned on shipped orders stay payable, except as stated in sections 4 and 8.
10. General
- MOSALI is not responsible for any loss of earnings, missing credits caused by customers, or problems with third-party platforms.
- This programme does not make you an employee or agent of MOSALI.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
