WHERE WE DELIVER
We deliver across India. Enter your pincode on any product page to check delivery to your area, see your estimated delivery date and confirm whether cash on delivery is available.

Orders are dispatched once confirmed. Prepaid orders are confirmed as soon as payment is received; cash on delivery orders are confirmed on WhatsApp. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during festivals, sale periods, bad weather or in remote areas.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Shipping is completely free on every order, for any distance and any order value, including instant local delivery. There are no hidden fees.

For UPI and card orders, WhatsApp opens after you place your order and our team sends you a secure payment request. Cashback is added to your account after delivery and can be used on your next order. See the FAQ for how cashback works.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Go to Orders and tap Track order on any item. WhatsApp opens with your order details already filled in, and our assistant replies with the latest status. No typing needed.
IF DELIVERY FAILS
If the courier can’t reach you after repeated attempts, or the address or phone number is wrong, the parcel is returned to us. We’ll contact you to re-ship it. Prepaid orders returned undelivered are refunded after we receive the parcel. Cash on delivery orders refused at the door may affect future cash on delivery eligibility.
